We had a session with Kristy for my 11 year old daughter to help her with her nerves for athletics competitions. She was amazing!!!! 3 days after the session my daughter was able to run a PB in her races - my daughter said she used all the strategies Kristy taught her, we couldn't be happier with the help Kristy gave her! Everything was age appropriate and so helpful for sport and other parts of life too! Highly recommend!
