This Privacy Policy outlines how Ale Media Group Pty Ltd ACN 665 664 791 (referred to as “KidzNRoll”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects the personal information of our customers (“Activity Provider”, “you” or “Customer”) who use the booking services and other services (“Services”) of our mobile application and/or website (the “App”).
“Activity Provider/s” means third-party business or individuals using the App to list
their services, extracurricular activities or spare hire for a Customer to book through
the App.
“Customer” means a person using the App to make bookings for themselves or
their children or for any other services provided by the App.
“you” and “your” means both an Activity Provider and a Customer.
This Privacy Policy applies to both Activity Providers and Customers.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
By registering for an account and using the KidzNRoll App, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. How we collect Your Information
We may collect information when you:
- contact us via our website, App, phone or email;
- make purchases or bookings via the App;
- list your services on our App as an Activity Provider;
- use the App and its Services;
- subscribe to our newsletter or mailing list; and/or
- follow us or interact with us on social media.

We collect different types of information from you when you provide it to us directly, and/or use our App and Services as follows:
- Account Information: when you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and password.
- Booking and Payment Information: when you make a booking or use the App, we collect details about the activity, the date and time, and payment information (processed securely through third-party payment processors).
- Child Information: to book activities for your children, you may provide us with their names, ages, dates of birth, gender, and any relevant health or medical information (if required for specific activities and with your explicit consent).
- Communications: we may collect information contained in any communications you send to us, such as support requests or feedback.
- Device Information: we may collect information about your mobile device, including the device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, and mobile network information.
- Location Information: with your consent, we may collect your device's location to provide location-based search results for activities near you. You can typically control location access through your device settings.

- to allow you to create an account as either a Customer or Activity Provider, create child profiles, log in, browse activities, create bookings, make bookings, manage your bookings, and communicate and interact with us, Customers and Activity Providers;
- to process your bookings and payments;
- to provide you with relevant activity recommendations and customise your experience;
- to send booking confirmations, reminders, activity updates, and respond to inquiries;
- to analyse usage patterns, improve the functionality and performance of our App and Services;
- with your consent, to send promotional emails or push notifications about new activities or special offers;
- to monitor and prevent fraud or unauthorized activity and ensure App security;
- when you provide feedback, information about your personal or business affairs, change your contact or email preference, respond to surveys and/or promotions, provide financial or credit card information, or communicate with customer support;
- to improve our product and Services and better understand your needs;
- to contact you by a variety of methods, including, but not limited to telephone, email, sms or mail;
- to protect the copyright, trademarks, legal rights, property or safety of KidzNRoll, its customers or third parties; and
- to comply with legal obligations, including laws, regulations, and court orders.
3. How We Share Your Information
We may share your Personal Information with:
- Activity Providers: we share Customer Personal Information such as Customer name, Child Information, including Customer’s child's name, age, date of birth, address, health information and booking details with Activity Providers to facilitate bookings and enrolments.
- Third-Party Service Providers: these may include payment processors, hosting partners, analytics providers, and customer service tools. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only to deliver services on our behalf.
- Business Transfers: in the event of change of control of our business, or a sale, merger, or acquisition, your personal information may be transferred to the new entity. We will notify you of any such change. We reserve the right to transfer to the extent permissible by law our user databases, together with any Personal Information and non-Personal Information contained in those databases. This information may be disclosed to a potential purchaser under an agreement to maintain confidentiality. We would seek to only disclose information in good faith and where required by any of the above circumstances.
- Our Employees, officers, insurers, professional advisors, agents, suppliers or subcontractors as far as is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Personal Information is only supplied to a third party when it is required for the delivery of our Services.

- With Your Consent: where required, we will seek your explicit consent before sharing your Personal Information outside the core functionality of the App and its Services.

We only collect Personal Information about children where provided by a Customer, their parent or legal guardian for the purpose of booking activities or using the Services via the App. We do not market directly to children. If we discover Personal Information about a child has been collected without proper parental consent, we will delete it.

You consent to KidzNRoll publishing any reviews and/or user stories that you provide when using the App or our Services.
8. Data Retention
We retain Personal Information only as long as needed to provide the Services, manage your account, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. When no longer required, information will be securely deleted or anonymised.

Your information and Personal Information may be transferred and stored in countries outside Australia where our partners or service providers are located. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
