What is Kidz N'Roll?

Kidz N'Roll is your one-stop app to discover, book, and manage extracurricular activities for your children. From dance and art to sports and school holiday programs, we connect you with Providers across Australia, all in one place.

How do I create an account?

Tap “Sign Up,” enter your name, email, and a secure password, and you’re in! Once your account is ready, you can add your child(ren)’s details and start browsing activities.

Can I book for more than one child?

Yes! Kidz N'Roll is designed for families with more than one child. You can add multiple child profiles to your account and book different (or the same) activities for each child in a single, streamlined process.

How do I book an activity?

Browse by category, age, or location. When you find something that fits, select your child(ren), review the activity details and pricing, and tap “Book Now” to request your spot. You’ll receive a confirmation once the Provider accepts your booking.

How do I pay for bookings?

Payments are made securely at the time of booking using a debit or credit card. You'll see the full amount before confirming your request. Your card is only charged once the Provider confirms the booking.

Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Yes! As long as it aligns with the Provider’s cancellation policy.

Each Provider sets their own rules (e.g. minimum notice for refunds), which are visible on the activity page. If your request meets the Provider’s terms, you can message them directly in the app to request a cancellation or reschedule. We’ve made the process as smooth as possible.

What information is shared with Providers?

Only what’s needed to deliver the activity: your name, your child’s first name and age, the chosen date and time, and any optional notes you include (e.g. allergies or special needs). Your contact details stay private.

How can I view or manage my bookings?

Log in and tap the “Inbox” tab to view upcoming and past bookings. Each entry includes booking details, dates, and links to message the Provider or request changes.

Is it free to use Kidz N'Roll?

Yes! Creating an account and browsing activities is completely free. You only pay when you make a booking.
